The Franklin County Historical Society is always accepting new members and offers a number of membership levels. Remember you can automatically renew! It saves both of us the trouble of going through the renewal process every year.

MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE

Individual: $25/year; $70/three years; $115/five years; $225/ten years

Couple:     $35/year; $100/three years; $165/five years; $325/ten years

                      -  Unlimited free admission to Old Jail, John Brown house, and Brown's Mill                                      School.

                      -  Unlimited use of research library.

                      -  Discount on FCHS bus tours.

                      -  Subscription to Cross-Keys bi-monthly newsletter.

                      -  Copy of the FCHS-Kittochtinny Annual Journal.

                      -  10% discount in gift shop.

                      -  10% discount on tickets for FCHS events.

                      -  Access to members-only website.

Business/Donor:     $100/year

           Business/Donor Member Benefits:

                      -  All general member benefits.

                      -  Listing in FCHS Annual Journal.

                      -  Listed on FCHS website as a Business Member.

                      -  Recognition as a business member on Facebook post.

Patron (non-renewal):     $500

           Patron Member Benefits:

                      -  All general member benefits & business member benefits.

                      -  Lifetime individual membership.

                      -  Framed certificate recognizing generosity as a Patron.

                      -  Commemorative gift from Franklin County Historical Society.

                      -  Yearly private scheduled tour for up to 4 people of Old Jail, John Brown House,                              or Brown's Mill School.

Patron Plus (non-renewal):   $750

           Patron Plus Member Benefits:

                      -  All general member benefits & business member benefits.

                      -  Lifetime individual membership.

                      -  Framed certificate recognizing generosity as a Patron Plus.

                      -  Commemorative gift from Franklin County Historical Society.

                      -  Yearly private scheduled tour for up to 6 people of Old Jail, John Brown House,                              or Brown's Mill School.

Legacy Patron (non-renewal):   $1,000

            Legacy Patron Member Benefits:

Your membership donation makes a difference and helps our organization:

           Maintain and operate the Genealogical Library located at 175 E. King St. Chambg, PA

           Maintain and operate the Old Jail Museum located at 175 E. King St. Chambg, PA

           Maintain and operate the John Brown House in Chambersburg, PA

           Maintain and operate the Brown's Mill School near Greencastle, PA

           Oversee the Chambersburg & Bedford Turnpike Toll House near St. Thomas, PA

           Oversee the Carrick Furnace located on Route 75 in Path Valley

           Conduct monthly programs on local history for the Society

           Publish a bi-monthly newsletter containing items of historical interest, genealogical 

              information, and business of the Society

           Hold timely local history events and accomplish historic preservation efforts
