Genealogy Library

The FCHS-K Genealogy Library is located on the second floor of the Old Jail in Chambersburg, PA. Researchers are welcome to visit during open hours, or research requests can be made using the instructions below.

Visit the Library

Members of FCHS-K have access to the extensive resources at the genealogy library without charge.

Non-members may use the research facilities at the Old Jail for a nominal fee of $5.00 a day. Librarians are available to assist you. (Please note the library is upstairs without an elevator.)​
